This article highlight the major features in the recent releases.  

The software is frequently updated so minor enhancements and bug fixing are not listed here.

    • New Update Site : Nuclear-Medicine
      • This New update site distribute : Orthanc Tools, pyRadiomics GUI, CT Segmentation, CSV Collector, Nuclear Medicine (alfa-unstable) and a new DICOM reader "Read Local DICOM"
      • This update site distribute Salim's software while Ilan's Software are still distributed in "PET-CT" update site
        • So this new update site in an extension to the PET-CT update site
        • Warning : if you don't add this update site the previously listed application have disapeard from PET-CT update site and will be removed from you Fiji install (add Nuclear Medicine update site if you want them to recover them).

  • Version 4.0 (September 2016)  :
    • New Image rendering algorithm, improved image quality, improved display smoothness. 
      • If "Best quality" is selected : Tricubic interpolation at viewer startup (expect calculation time at opening).
      • If not : Bicubic interpolation of axial slices only.
    • Improve quality in MIP (right click on MIP) : Allows to display 32 angles MIP instead of the default 16 angles. 
    • SUV parameters panel : To check SUV calculation parameter.
    • Various bug fixes.
